A friend asked me why i had stopped blogging and i actually had no answer to it, I went blank. Indeed, why did i stop writing? Why did i get so busy or lost that i couldn't find time nor motivation to do something i adored so very much? The one medium that made me expressive, strong, relentless, yet vulnerable and weak at the same time. I decided to write about my first love - Travel. Last year has been an absolute roller coaster ride, so many highs and so very many lows. As far as travel is concerned, i was lucky enough to see few places to unwind and get out of the city multiple times.

For all those who follow current trends in music, you are absolutely right! The title of this post has been inspired by Taylor Swift’s latest song Wildest Dreams from her album 1989 . Being a fellow Sagittarian myself, not only do I follow all of Swift’s music, but always end up relating to it! This is not the fan girl in me talking but seriously, every time Swift releases a new song, I’m totally convinced she peeked recently into my life!

Movie Criticism has never been my forte, for I do not consider myself that knowledgeable when it comes to movies, for I know there are a zillion movies out there which are too good to be true and mind-numbing that I am yet to see. Hence, the below is in no way a movie review, it’s just my experience of watching one of the greatest Sci-Fi movies ever.

It's been a couple of months that the City Of Joy has been providing me shelter and i cant really complain. Two months back however it was a different story altogether. I was running around all over the place being the Girl About Town packing and unpacking and repacking, not very sure of what an independent girl would or should take to where i was relocating. Being from a typical south indian yet a broad-minded family, I realized that my folks took it rather too casually that i was moving to a different city for my job.

...Once upon a time there lived a princess in Townsville. One night when she was wandering her way along the garden she was attacked by a bunch of goons who wanted to kidnap her, out of nowhere appeared a knight in a shining armor who fought the goons and chased them away, both the princess and the knight fell in love and they lived happily ever after....yadayadayadayada.....fast-forward to the present....

One of those ultimate lazy Sunday's, when I was headed out for an even more lazier brunch with my girl pal as it was already past 2 in the noon! I was riding pillion and oh my love for the pillion ride is ridiculous and at the same time unbelievable. It gives me such a pleasant panoramic view of the daily hustle. Inadvertently something in particular caught my attention that day - The-giggly-hand-holding couple, here, there, everywhere, these are the times when I remember a totally irrelevant poem I read back in my school days "Water here water there water everywhere, nor any drop to drink"
